come Zen out with Barb while she plays the Sound bowls for a wonderful meditation experience every Wednesday and Saturday in the mediation room at the shop from 11:30-12. Thursday March 6 and Thursday March 20th two Evening sound bowl sessions from 6:30-7:30pm! $10 to attend per person cash or Venmo at the door!
