Quiet Hour Hike for Adults

Friday, November 28, 2:00 – 3:00 p.m.
The holidays can often be hectic and what you need is to slow down and relax. Join a Park Interpreter who will lead you on an easy, half-mile hike through the forest. At the end of the hike we’ll use some mindfulness techniques from the Quiet Hour program to slow our minds and be present in the moment. Meet at the Van Winkle Trailhead. Age 16+, please. #OptOutside
