Come make friends, build confidence, and connect with horses in a supportive and engaging small-group environment.

Through hands-on farm and equine experiences, participants will practice friendship skills while exploring communication, teamwork, emotional awareness, trust, and connection.

Throughout the six sessions, participants may:

🐴 Meet and observe members of the herd
👀 Explore body language and nonverbal communication
🤝 Work together on collaborative farm activities
💚 Practice cooperation and turn-taking through horse grooming
🌿 Explore trust, leadership, and following directions through hands-on activities
✨ Reflect on their experiences and recognize their own strengths and the strengths of others

Each session combines:

🐴 Horse interaction
🌿 Skill-building activities
💚 Movement & mindfulness
🤝 Group connection & fun

This is learning by doing. Participants won't just talk about friendship—they'll practice communication, cooperation, problem-solving, encouragement, and connection alongside peers and our equine partners.

No previous horse experience is needed.
