Our unique aerial & circus camp programming is led by instructors April Mietz and Brittany Paul.
This circus camp for ages 8-16 offers an opportunity for children to experience the social-emotional benefits of a circus!
Camp activities and lessons are designed to help these campers feel a direct ownership over their strength, coordination, and balance. All while making new friends and circus memories!
Camp Activities Include:
1 aerial class each day - including warm-ups, climbs, inverts and sequences! Level of difficulty will be based on collective ability and many activities can be adapted to the needs of the learner. Apparatus include aerial silk and aerial hoop.
1 grounded circus lesson each day: hula-hooping, plate-spinning, feather-balancing, partner and group acrobatics, circus games and team-building, and confidence-boosting FUN!
1 group activity each day: Group games designed for campers to feel empowered - overcoming their own self-doubt as well as embodying that confidence within group settings

Aug 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th
1-4 PM
Please wear / bring:
water bottle
wear cotton tights if possible and nothing baggy
stomachs and backs of the knees must be fully covered
all jewelry must be taken off before we start each day
No zippers, buttons, or fastening / any other metal hooks on clothing
Camp Tuition is $100 for 4 days including all activities, snacks, and T-shirts
