The City of Rogers invites the community to celebrate the holiday season in Downtown Rogers with the Rogers Christmas Parade and the return of the Rogers Christmas Village! The parade will follow its customary route and take place on its traditional date, the first Friday in December. This event is being organized by the Rotary Clubs of Rogers and is sponsored by First National Bank NWA. The festivities begin at 5:00 p.m. with the parade beginning at 6:30 p.m.
Rogers Christmas Parade
The theme of this year’s parade is “The Spirit of Christmas.” The Rogers Christmas Parade begins at 6:30 p.m. Friday, December 6th in Downtown Rogers. The parade will follow its customary route beginning at 5th Street and Poplar Street and then proceed East through the heart of downtown, moving North on 1st Street and West on Walnut Street. Residents and visitors are welcome to enjoy the parade and vibrant holiday atmosphere of downtown Rogers at any point along the route!
Parade entries will compete for trophies in four categories.
• “Spectacular Sparkles Award” goes to the entry that presents an outstanding display of lights or other type of illumination.
• “Elfin Magic Award” goes to the entry that most impressively features children.
• “Glory of Angels Award” goes to the entry that best illustrates a religious theme.
• “Knock Your Stockings Off Award” goes to the entry with the most outstanding use of the parade theme.
The Rotary Clubs of Rogers will coordinate this popular annual event managing float entries, parade lineup, and judging. The Rogers New Technology Interact Club is also supporting the parade with dozens of volunteers as one of their community service projects.
The parade is sponsored by First National Bank NWA and these organizations are partnering with the City of Rogers to showcase the community's holiday spirit.
Grand Marshal
Rick and Naomi McLeod are natives of Northwest Arkansas, residing in Rogers since 1994. Rick and Naomi are founding members of the Rotary Club of Downtown Rogers and have also served for many years in the Rogers Rotary Club. They are both recipients of the Paul Harris Award.
A respected community leader, Rick has been deeply involved in numerous volunteer efforts in Downtown Rogers, including serving on the board of the Rogers Downtown Partners Merchants Association. He has played a significant role in events such as Bikes, Blues, and BBQ, and currently serves as president of the Rotary Club of Downtown Rogers.
Both Rick and Naomi are U.S. military veterans, further contributing to their legacy of service to the community and country.
Float Applications
Interested parties are invited to submit float entry applications now. The deadline for applications is November 20th. A paper application can be picked up and submitted at Rogers City Hall 301 W. Chestnut St. An online application can be completed at rogersar.gov/parade or

Rogers Christmas Village
The Rogers Christmas Village will fill Frisco Plaza on Friday December 6th from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and continue Saturday, December 7th from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.. In its second year, the Rogers Christmas Village expands the festivities in Downtown +Rogers.
Local artists and makers have the opportunity to sell their Christmas themed items at this vendor market. There will be 35+ vendor booths decked out in Christmas lights and four food trucks. Patrons will also have the opportunity to take photos with Santa and the Grinch in a free photo booth from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Dancers from Ballet Westside Dance Studio will perform dances from 5:15 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
