Danish chef, author, and food photographer based on Bornholm, Sune uses food as a passport — a way to meet people, understand places, and step into unexpected stories.

Throughout the evening, he will share insights from his books Vildt Sulten – Maden i den bornholmske natur and Bites and Tales from Greenland: stories shaped by foraging, curiosity, and a deep respect for ingredients — from the local landscapes of Bornholm to the wild nature of Greenland.

Inspired by his journeys, we will be cooking a 3-course menu that follows his stories.

Our kitchen will create a parallel journey to Italy, using local Bornholm ingredients interpreted in an Italian way — bringing together places, cultures, and flavors into one shared experience.

An evening where food and storytelling meet, guided by one simple question:
“What can I eat here — and what does it tell me about this place?”

Vi glæder os til at byde Sune Rasborg velkommen hos Amare 
Sune er kok, forfatter og madfotograf med base på Bornholm, og i hans univers er mad et pas — en måde at møde mennesker, forstå steder og ende i oplevelser, man ikke havde planlagt.

I løbet af aftenen vil han dele historier fra sine bøger Vildt Sulten – Maden i den bornholmske natur og Bites and Tales from Greenland: fortællinger præget af sankning, nysgerrighed og en dyb respekt for råvarer — fra Bornholms nære natur til Grønlands vilde landskaber.

Med inspiration fra hans rejser vil vi i køkkenet servere en 3-retters menu, der følger hans fortællinger.

Vi skaber vores egen rejse til Italien ved at bruge lokale bornholmske råvarer tilberedt på italiensk vis — og binder dermed steder, kulturer og smage sammen i én oplevelse.

En aften hvor mad og fortællinger mødes, med ét simpelt spørgsmål i centrum:
“Hvad kan jeg spise her — og hvad fortæller det om dette sted?”
