This club focuses on tournament based workshops which are specifically designed to encourage engagement within the martial arts for those wanting to delve into competing. Held over 2 hours getting involved with Kickboxing (Ippon Kumite) & Ne Waza (BJJ Groundfighting). Come along and train in competition work.

£20 per workshop
Must hold a valid licence. Open to ages 1 years plus.
Full sparring equipment mandatory for the Point 2 Point section ~
10/12 oz boxing gloves
Gumshield
Head guard
Shin & Instep protectors

Optional ~
Chest Protector
Groin Cup

BJJ/Ne Waza is both gi & non gi. Rash guards/t shirts and shorts
