Originally started in the Chelsea neighborhood of New York after the COVID-19 pandemic, The Longest Table began as a simple outdoor potluck where neighbors gathered around one long table to share a meal. Today, it has grown into a nationwide movement across all 50 states focused on strengthening relationships and building community through free shared meals.

This event is about connection — bringing people from all walks of life together around food and friendship.

How You Can Get Involved

? Become a Table Captain
Sponsor a table by providing food, paper goods, and beverages for yourself and a few additional guests. Choose a theme, decorate your table, or keep it simple — it’s up to you! Table Captains will set up, attend, and enjoy the meal with neighbors.

? Volunteer
Serve with us by helping with setup, hospitality, or cleanup.
