❕A $10 Venue Fee will be required for all players; Venue Fee is waived for any players who have an ACTIVE membership to THIS VENUE ONLY. 

❕Memberships will be available for $40 a Month, which allows daily access via keypad/scanner from approximately 8AM-10PM (for more information, please talk with Brooks). 

❕No Outside Beverages Allowed (please message Caleb Avery for more information)

❕Children are allowed, but supervision is required!

Sit-N-Go/ 2nd Tourney

Saturday, March 7th

9:00 AM Tier 4 Singles

11:30 AM Tier 3 Singles 
1:30 PM Tier 1 Singles 

Doubles will start nearing completion of corresponding Singles Events.

Senior Singles is a potential event, if enough interest day of for Club/Local Points. 

Sit-n-Gos may be available if enough interest in between tourneys. 

❗️Start Times are estimates and are subject to change depending on participation.
❗️Playing up is allowed; but if you are actively still in another event, and your  game holds up the other bracket, you will be removed from one of the brackets at the Director’s discretion.

Sit-n-Gos / 2nd Tourney $10

Tier 1 Singles $40
Tier 2 Singles $35
Tier 3 Singles $30
Tier 4 Singles $20

Tier 1 Doubles $80
Tier 2 Doubles $70
Tier 3 Doubles $60
Tier 4 Doubles $40

*Prices are for players who have AT LEAST a Gold Level Membership through the ACL. Players without the requirements will have a $10 fee added per event.*

Payouts:

Tier 1 Events 80%
Tier 2 Events 70%
Tier 3 Events 70%
Tier 4 Events 70%

*Payouts will be made shortly after the completion of said bracket. If any delays occur, I will communicate with players beforehand.

In most instances a refund will be processed instantly. If you DO NOT intend to show up for the event, please message me beforehand to let me know. 

❕Refunds will not be given if a player is kicked out, or removed from the event. 
❕Refunds will not be given if you have actively participated in the bracket.
