As most of you know, we will be changing over to our new venue for this event, which will offer players more boards (brand new), and a new atmosphere for the players.
‼️‼️‼️New/Updated Information‼️‼️‼️
❕A $10 Venue Fee will be required for all players; Venue Fee is waived for any players who have an ACTIVE membership to THIS VENUE ONLY.
❕Memberships will be available for $40 a Month, which allows daily access via keypad/scanner from approximately 8AM-10PM (for more information, please talk with Brooks).
❕No Outside Beverages Allowed (please message Caleb Avery for more information)
❕We kindly ask that no unaccompanied children be playing on the boards and other games, when a parent or adult isn’t actively supervising. The items inside the venue are brand new and quite expensive, so we intend to keep everything damage free.

❗️Playing up is allowed; but if you are actively still in another event, and your game holds up the other bracket, you will be removed from one of the brackets at the Director’s discretion.

*Prices are for players who have AT LEAST a Gold Level Membership through the ACL. Players without the requirements will have a $10 fee added per event.*

*Payouts will be made shortly after the completion of said bracket. If any delays occur, I will communicate with players beforehand.

In most instances a refund will be processed instantly. If you DO NOT intend to show up for the event, please message me beforehand to let me know.
❕Refunds will not be given if a player is kicked out, or removed from the event.
❕Refunds will not be given if you have actively participated in the bracket.

Bags have to be Stamped 2024 and up.
