Please arrive by 12:45pm to settle in. We will start promptly at 1pm.
**Please allow sufficient travel time. Come dressed in comfortable warm clothing. Feel free to bring a pillow or whatever you need to bring you ultimate comfort! You can also bring your own yoga mat if you prefer!
What is Provided: A yoga mat, a weighted eye mask, and a blanket to keep you warm and cozy. This is an indoor fitness studio with a smaller group of attendants.
