Join us for an evening of shopping, springtime fun, and giveaways in Downtown Rockwall!
🛍️ What Your Passport Includes
Participants who purchase a Spring Fling passport will receive:

The first 30 guests in line will receive a swag bag.
(Guests often begin lining up around 3:30 PM; swag bags will be distributed beginning at 5:00 PM.)
🗺️ Event Brochure & Shopping Passport
Includes a map and listing of participating merchants along with spaces to collect shopping stickers.
🥂 One Complimentary Glass of Prosecco
Served in disposable cups while supplies last.
🚎 Shuttle Access
Guests will receive an armband allowing them to ride the downtown shuttle throughout the event.
📍 Stop by San Jacinto Plaza
Visit the plaza during the event to:
Check in and receive your passport
Enjoy complimentary Prosecco
Ride the downtown shuttle
Turn in completed passports for prize entry
🛒 How the Event Works
Participating merchants will be open from 5:00–9:00 PM.
Guests will visit participating businesses throughout Downtown Rockwall and collect stickers while shopping.
Receive 1 sticker for every $20 spent (before tax) at participating merchants.
(Example: Spend $100 and receive 5 stickers.)
The more you shop, the more stickers you collect — and the more chances you have to win.
Many downtown businesses may also offer refreshments, specials, drawings, or other in-store experiences throughout the evening.
🎉 Giveaways
At the end of the evening, participants will return their completed brochure to the Information Booth in San Jacinto Plaza.
Each sticker earned equals one raffle entry for a chance to win Downtown Dollars, including a Grand Prize Downtown Shopping Spree redeemable at participating downtown businesses.
Winners do not need to be present to win.
