This program is the perfect mix of playful, open-energy dance and focused, intentional yoga.This workshop is for everyone, regardless of experience. We’ll start with a warm-up focused on breath and body awareness, then flow through a practice that builds both stability and mobility. We’ll weave in elements of dance improvisation to help you discover new ways of moving from within and end with some loving self-Reiki to heal and energize all parts of you.This is a donation-based workshop. All proceeds will be given to the Montgomery County Family Justice Center Foundation.HOW TO DONATE: *Scan the QR code in studio to leave a monetary donation.This Event also coincides with our annual coat drive for MCFJCF.Purchase a NEW coat or related winter weather item & bring it to the event to be placed in our donation bin. Donations will be collected through December 14th.
