Opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and learn more about local food waste prevention and recovery initiatives!

About this Event

The Montgomery County Food Council, alongside Manna Food Center and Compost Crew, invites you to join us for a celebratory happy hour event in honor of Food Waste Prevention Week. This event will take place at 7 Locks Brewing (12227 Wilkins Ave, Rockville, MD 20852) on Wednesday, April 3rd, from 4-6pm.

As part of the Food Council's MoCo Made program, 7 Locks Brewing actively contributes to the recycling stream by donating spent grains to a local farmer. We are thrilled to bring together diverse partners from the food waste and food recovery sectors for an evening of networking and knowledge-sharing.

Don't miss this opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and learn more about local food waste prevention and recovery initiatives. See you there!
