- **Event Description**: After we've all had a chance to rest up (Post is closed Wednesday and Thursday the 26th and 27th) and had our fill of turkey, SAL 2nd Vice Commander Ryan Gates will be back in the kitchen the Friday after Thanksgiving making delicious French Dip Samiches.  With a little help from Larry (Captain of the Color Guard) and Dave (Commander of SAL Squadron 86), Ryan will be preparing this delicious combination of thinly sliced marinated beef sauteed onions and Swiss cheese served on a delicious chewy roll with a side of Au Jus for dipping.  Fries or chips and a cookie round out this meal for only $12.  You can sub in onion rings for $3 additional.  And oui, oui  ("yes, yes") can order it to enjoy with the cast of characters that are the Post 86 irregulars or take it to go and enjoy it at home with friends and family.  POST 86 IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC FOR THIS EVENT SO BRING A FRIEND AND ENJOY THE POST 86 VERSION OF FANCY FRENCH CUISINE!!  Since it's a French themed night let's go ahead and make a wine special at $3 per glass (red or white, we don't judge) and you can keep the glass!  In addition, just because it sounds French you can enjoy a Stella Artois beer for only $2 (it's actually made in Belgium but we'll just keep that our little secret).  ALL PROFITS FROM THIS EVENT WILL BE GO TO THE POST 86 COLOR GUARD and SAL SQUADRON 86 SO COME ON DOWN AND SUPPORT THESE GROUPS AND MAYBE GET A LITTLE DISTANCE BETWEEN YOU AND YOUR THANKSGIVING GUESTS!!
