In this fun and exploratory workshop geared towards teens ages 13-17, we will explore what it means to be intuitive and to connect to your true self. Sound bowls are my tool of choice. We will experience a guided meditation with Tibetan copper bowls and a quartz crystalbowl. Each bowl is tuned to a specific chakra or energy center in the body. When played, they help connect you to your body and dissolve any negative energies hanging around you through the process of coherence.During the meditation, you will gain an awareness of what a "yes" and a "no" feel like within you. This will help you have a clearer idea of how to make decisions that best align with your most authentic self. You will also learn how to receive intuitive messages and align with your truth.After the meditation, you will experience a powerful sound bath where you can relax and let any stress melt away. The sound bath will help you access your intuition and feel grounded into your body.
