Join us for 120 minutes of pure bliss.

This workshop will focus melting away away stress, engaging the vagus nerve and calming the nervous system through:
Breathwork
Restorative Yoga
Hands On: Marma, Reiki and Tuning Forks
Yoga Nidra and Sound Therapy
 
When we allow the body to get into a deep state of relaxation, magic happens and healing takes place allowing the body to heal on both the physical and emotional level. 

We will start the workshop by ground through breath work and systematic relaxation. Moving into simple vagus nerve stimulation exercises that can be used on a daily basis as a simply way for better health. 

You will then be guided into restorative shapes, swaddled with blankets so you can fully receive Gentle Hands On, Reiki, as well as Tuning Fork Therapy.

Session will end with a long Savasana, accompanied with Yoga Nidra and guided Meditation  for deeper relaxation.
 
Dress up in comfortable, warm clothing with socks and bring your favorite blanket.
