We begin with 20 minutes of gentle yoga, easing the body and mind into a calm, centered space. Then, enjoy 30 minutes of puppy playtime, filled with laughter, cuddles, and irresistible cuteness. The class closes with 10 minutes of soothing mindfulness and yoga, leaving you grounded, happy, and glowing from the inside out.
The puppies begin each class safely in their pen, and we adapt to their needs—if they’re full of energy, they’re free to explore; if they’re tired, they’ll rest comfortably while we flow.

At our studio, the safety and well-being of both our guests and puppies are our top priorities. We are limiting class sizes to prevent overstimulation, ensure the puppies receive regular breaks, and maintain a clean, secure play area. The Yoga Puppies dedicated staff will be monitoring every session closely to make sure the puppies are comfortable, happy, and never overwhelmed. The Yoga Puppies partner only with responsible breeders who emphasize health and socialization, and they follow their care guidelines regarding feeding, rest, and handling.

We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave if they are not being gentle or respectful with the puppies. The safety and comfort of the puppies—and of our guests—always come first.
 
Please note:
Participants must be 7 to attend.
Participants under 13 must have a parent present 
Mats will be provided for you.
 
Puppy Care & Class Rules
 
To keep our sessions safe, calm, and enjoyable for everyone—especially the puppies—please keep these important guidelines in mind:
Do not stand or walk around while holding a puppy.
Always be gentle—no pulling on tails, legs, or ears.
Please speak quietly and avoid talking over the yoga teacher.
These simple puppy care rules help create a peaceful, nurturing environment where both guests and puppies can relax, play, and thrive.
 
Come for the yoga, stay for the snuggles, and leave with a full heart!
