Come realign your chakras and release stagnant energy through sound healing, breathwork, intention setting, and fire!

What?: Tibetan & Quartz Crystal sound bowls are my tool of choice. Each bowl is tuned to a specific chakra or energy center in the body. You will learn where these are, how to tune into them, and how to release stagnant energy that no longer needs to be held in the body. Since the bowls are tuned to a specific frequency, when played, they help dissolve anything from lower vibrational energies both in the space around you and inside you.

In this special class, we will also be setting an intention to release old negative energetic patterns residing within us and running in the background of the unconscious mind. At the end of the class, we will do a short fire ritual outside to burn out any energies we no longer want to carry with us into the year.

What to expect:
- brief lesson on the chakra system and frequency as the substratum of existence
- guided sound healing with Tibetan & Quartz Crystal sound bowls
- Sound bath + energy alignment meditation
- intuitive circle with burning effigy, discussion and exploration

During the workshop, we will continue to learn to tune into our inner voice, receive messages from beyond our 3D perception, and consider what our core frequency feels like to help heal energetic wounds being held in the body

About Ali: Ali has been working on her psychic gifts since childhood

She follows principles of Ignatian Spirituality, Tibetan Buddhism, and Catholic Zen. Ali is a spiritualist practicing in the awareness of her cosmic self.
