Kate will teach you step by step how to stack, fill, crumb coat, and decorate a 2 layer 6” white cake with vanilla buttercream frosting. 

The class will cover: 

-Coloring the buttercream 

-Setting up and filling piping bags

-Filling, and stacking the cake

-Crumb coating

-Techniques for the ombré textured cake frosting

-Techniques for piping the pumpkins and vines

-Techniques for the shell border 

-Boxing the cake for transport home 

All materials will be provided!
