Light Up the Pathways – Christmas on the Beach Volunteer Thank You Night
On December 27, Aransas Pathways will host a simple year-end Volunteer Thank You Night during Christmas on the Beach. This gathering is our way of expressing gratitude to everyone who supported Aransas Pathways in 2025 — volunteers, partners, Winter Texans, and community friends who helped keep our county’s birding, history, kayaking, and trail sites active and welcoming.
Why we do this
Aransas Pathways is built on community effort. Every event, clean-up, walk-through, and shared story happens because people choose to give their time and heart. This evening allows us to pause, say thank you, and look ahead to a meaningful 2026.
What this evening is about
A relaxed, come-and-go gathering from 6–8 p.m., where volunteers and friends can stop by, reconnect, enjoy the Christmas on the Beach lights, and hear what’s ahead for next year. It’s also a welcoming space for interested residents and Winter Texans who want to get involved in 2026.
What to expect

• Simple appreciation tokens while supplies last
• A look back at 2025 highlights
• A short message of gratitude from our Pathways Leadership
• A cozy Hot Choco Bar and Sweets & Treats Corner to enjoy while strolling the light displays
