Surrounded by pristine sand, fresh sea air, and expansive coastal views, our tranquil retreat property offers the perfect environment to relax, restore, and awaken your creativity.

Daily Yoga by the Ocean

Each morning begins with a walking meditation along the beach, allowing you to ground yourself in the rhythm of the ocean and the beauty of the coastline. Afterward, enjoy an energizing morning yoga practice led by Yoga Therapist Jo Kirsch, E-RYT 500.

In the afternoons, unwind with a deeply restorative yoga session designed to release tension, calm the nervous system, and leave you feeling refreshed and renewed.

Creativity Inspired by the Sea

The natural beauty of Rockport provides endless inspiration. Throughout the retreat, artist Anharad Llewelyn will guide relaxed and inspiring art sessions using watercolors and collage materials to help you capture the colors and textures of the coastal landscape.

No art experience is necessary—just bring your curiosity and creativity.

One special evening, join us on the deck for a fun and relaxing Sip & Paint gathering, where you'll create a plein air acrylic painting overlooking the ocean. You'll leave with a beautiful piece of art and a lasting memory from this magical week by the sea.

Nourishing Meals

Throughout the retreat, Chef Amy Chamberlain will prepare delicious, nourishing meals each day, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Her thoughtfully crafted menus will keep you energized and satisfied as you enjoy the retreat experience.

Your Investment:

Includes accommodations, meals, the yoga program and art. There are a variety of bedrooms and 3 shared bathrooms. Prices range based on the bedroom:

	•	King Bedroom with en Suite Bath (bath to be shared with adjacent Queen Loft): $1595 ppso; $1295 ppdo (However, Double Occupancy for this room, means sharing the King Bed.) BOOKED

	•	Queen Loft with shared bath: $1345 ppso

	•	Bedroom with Full Size Bed and shared bath: $1445 ppso

	•	Twin Bedroom with two Twin Beds and shared bath: $1245 ppdo

A $500 Deposit is due to reserve your spot. Balance due June 30, 2026.
