In this hands-on class, you’ll pick up pro techniques for layering spices, balancing that “holy trinity” of veggies (onion, celery, and bell pepper), and serving it all hot over rice the way it’s meant to be enjoyed. By the end, you’ll be ready to cook up a feast that’ll have folks hollerin’ “Ça c’est bon!” (That’s good!).
