Join us for a very special morning on Sunday, July 26, as we welcome Rev. Edward "Monk" Malloy, C.S.C., President Emeritus of the University of Notre Dame, to St. John the Evangelist Catholic Community.

Fr. Malloy will co-celebrate the 11:00 AM Mass, followed by a special presentation in the Parish Hall titled:

? "People First: Reflections on Leadership"

Fr. Malloy served as the 16th President of the University of Notre Dame (1987–2005) and is a priest of the Congregation of Holy Cross, professor of theology, and accomplished author. During his visit, he will share insights from his newest book, "People First: Reflections on Leadership". Copies of the book will be available for purchase, and Fr. Malloy will be available afterward for a book signing.

The event will also include the annual Notre Dame Student Send-Off, as our parish offers prayers and blessings for ten local students preparing to begin or continue their studies at Notre Dame this fall.

? A complimentary light lunch reception will follow the presentation.

?️ Reception tickets are free but required for all non–Notre Dame Club members to help us prepare adequate food and refreshments. Notre Dame Club of Melbourne members do not need tickets but are asked to RSVP for the reception (including the number attending) by July 20 to:
