Come meet other female runners and run/walkers. The Women Specific Training Camp with Coach Theresa will be delivered in-person and through the Final Surge app. The goal race will be the Downtown Melbourne 5K on March 21, 2026. However, campers do not have to be running the race to participate. We'll have runners and walkers with different goal distances and races.
