The two beneficiaries for the event are Maine Cancer Foundation’s TRI For a Cure (triforacure.org) and The Turn The Tide Ovarian Cancer Retreat.

Other events happening on this day are a vendor fair, local food trucks, a health fair, entertainment and a cornhole tournament.

The Strides for Hope Planning Committee is seeking volunteers to help plan this inaugural event as well as help the day of the event.

Sponsors are also needed for the event as well as vendors for the craft fair and health fairs.
