First Moon Circle is the second offering in our Wildflower: Becoming Her mini‑series. It’s a deeper, more intimate exploration of menarche and the transition into early adolescence.
Co‑facilitated by Rachel Deering, naturopath and women’s wellness practitioner of 20+ years, and Kayleigh Hart, primary teacher and experienced circle holder, this gathering offers holistic menstrual education woven with ritual, creativity and connection.
This circle is designed to gently demystify periods, honour the body’s wisdom and create a shared language that supports ongoing conversations at home.
For mothers and mum‑figures, this is a chance to reconnect with your own story of menarche, to rewrite any shame or silence you may have inherited and to walk beside your daughter with clarity, compassion and confidence.
Together, we create a space where menstruation is normalised, celebrated and understood.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲
• What the menstrual cycle is and why it matters
• Exploring the body’s cyclical rhythm and its connection to the moon and archetypal energies
• The emotional, physical and energetic changes of menarche
• Period products & how to care for the body during a period
This is shared through gentle conversation, craft, storytelling and embodied learning that feels safe, age‑appropriate and deeply empowering.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁
• A warm, inclusive space for honest questions and shared wisdom
• Clear, holistic menstrual education for girls and their mothers
• Blending a womb oil to honour and support their cycle
• A special mother–daughter moment to honour this transition
• A tea blend to take home as a companion for their cycle
• Herbal tea & light refreshments
Girls will leave feeling more confident, informed and connected to their bodies. Mothers will leave feeling grounded, supported and equipped to continue these conversations with ease.
This gathering is intentionally small and spacious, with just six mother–daughter spots available.
We can’t wait to hold this special rite of passage with you,
Rachel & Kayleigh **
