This month, we’ll be exploring claircognizance — the intuitive gift of clear knowing — and deepening our connection with our Higher Self.

Have you ever just known something without being able to explain why?
Felt a quiet inner nudge?
Received a strong feeling about a person, decision, or situation… only to later realise you were right?

This is the language of inner knowing.

In this circle, we’ll explore how intuition often speaks softly, instantly, and beyond logic — and how to begin trusting the wisdom already within you.

Together, we’ll explore:
✨ Understanding claircognizance and inner knowing
✨ Recognising the difference between intuition, fear, and overthinking
✨ Connecting with your Higher Self for guidance and clarity
✨ Learning to trust yourself more deeply

As always, we’ll also work with Superconscious Recode to gently release limiting beliefs that block intuition and self-trust, including:
“I can’t trust myself”
“I always get it wrong”
“I need outside validation”
“My intuition isn’t strong enough”

This circle is a safe and supportive space where you are welcome to share, ask questions, or simply receive and reflect.

We’ll finish with a deeply calming meditation and Higher Self connection experience to help integrate the shifts from the afternoon.
