This month we move into the deeper layers of intuition — learning how to feel your emotions without being overwhelmed, and begin to understand what they are truly trying to show you.

Working with clairsentience (clear feeling) and clairvoyant empathy (seeing and understanding the emotion), you’ll be guided to connect with your inner world in a gentle and supported way.

This is a space to explore your emotional awareness with curiosity rather than judgment… and to begin turning your feelings into insight, clarity, and healing.

Together, we’ll explore:
✨ How to recognise and trust what you’re feeling
✨ Where emotions are held in the body
✨ How to connect emotions to their deeper meaning or origin
✨ Moving from emotional overwhelm into understanding and compassion

As always, we’ll also be working with Superconscious Recode to release limiting beliefs connected to emotional patterns, such as:

“It’s not safe to feel”
“I’m too sensitive”
“I don’t understand my emotions”

You’ll be held in a safe, supportive circle where you can share your experience if you feel called, or simply receive and observe.

We’ll finish with a nurturing integration experience, allowing your body and nervous system to settle as your shifts anchor in.
