Join us at Ladies ND Lounge – a free, peer-led support group where masking isn't required, stimming is welcomed, and you’re celebrated just as you are.

4:00pm – 6:00pm

Women-led. Neuro-affirming and confidential. Each session includes gentle connection, optional activities, group chats in a sensory-friendly space.
Whether you're newly diagnosed, exploring your identity, or just need somewhere to exhale... come as you are.
This is a FREE event although registration is preferred. Tea/coffee/water is included. Feel free to bring your own preferred beverage, snacks & stimming aids/fidgets
