In this class you will learn techniques for preserving fruit via freezing.  We will explore the following methods:Tray Pack (dry method)Dry Pack without SugarSugar PackSyrup PackPuree MethodWe will also cover tips for maintaining the quality and texture of fruit, as well as recommended freezing containers.  As a bonus attendees will sample beverages made using both the tray method and puree methods of freezing fruit.
