This Tuesday’s Full Worm Moon arrives with a powerful lunar eclipse eek ? it’s a time traditionally associated with release, clearing and deep emotional reset but with the eclipse a bit of whats been hidden comes to light. 

The  last few weeks energy has felt heavy for many of us. Ive really been going through it! Transitions. Decisions. Endings. Realisations. This moon offers a moment to pause, reflect, and consciously let go of what no longer feels aligned. Woohoo ? 

The Worm Moon also marks the turning of seasons, the stirring beneath the surface, the quiet beginning of new growth. With the eclipse amplifying its energy, this is a potent time to release old patterns, outdated roles, and the weight we’ve been carrying.

This is a simple, grounded release circle on the beach.

We’ll begin around 5:30pm to create the space together. There will be time for connection, gentle sharing, drumming, and song. As the moon rises and the eclipse unfolds, we’ll move into a guided release ritual, allowing ourselves to consciously lay down what we are ready to leave behind.

This is a free offering. No charge. Just community and intention.

Bring:
– A journal and pen
– A drum or rattle if you have one (optional) I’ll have a few spare instruments. 
– Something to sit on
– Water
– An open heart
