In this session we’ll work with our Earth Star chakra - the grounding centre that sits below the root within the Earth’s field supporting a deep reconnection, stability and realignment of our entire energy system.

Through guided meditation, visualization and sound healing, we’ll gently descend into the Earth’s grounding presence, allowing the body and energy field to settle and rebalance.
