- **Event Description**: We have a brand new spin on a popular program and you're going to love it! Tuesday Treats has been created to combine movement and the arts. 

Join us fortnightly for either Chair Yoga or Dance for Brain Health and stay for a cuppa with Art As We Age, an informal discussion about selected artworks on display. This program is appropriate for anyone living with memory loss, dementia or rehabilitating from injury.

Chair Yoga is ideal for anyone discovering yoga later in life, managing mobility challenges, or gently returning to movement after injury.

Dance for Brain Health are appropriate for anyone living with Parkinson's disease, or movement and mobility challenges, no matter how advanced. 

All are welcome, and carers, family members, and friends are warmly invited to join in.
