This Full Moon falls in the sign of Sagittarius, stirring themes of truth, expansion and emotional honesty. It’s a moon that encourages you to zoom out, gain perspective and reconnect with a deeper sense of meaning. A beautiful time to release what’s weighing you down and open your heart to the bigger picture.

This special pop up class begins with a guided meditation and flows into a deeply restorative sound healing journey using quartz crystal singing bowls. Moving through the chakra system, you’ll be immersed in vibration and stillness; designed to soothe the nervous system, balance energy and support inner clarity as the season turns inward.

Want even more relaxation? This class follows directly after our Yin & Restorative session (5:45pm – 6:45pm), so you’re welcome to stay for both and enjoy a beautiful evening of deep rest. It’s a perfect pairing, similar to the very popular Candlelight Sessions…only more flexible and affordable.

Regular class pricing applies: Use your class credits, or grab a $15 casual pass. Doing both classes? A 4 for $40 class pass is a great option with credits to spare.

What to bring:

* Wear comfortable clothing (keep in mind you will be laying down most of the class)
* Yoga mat (if you have one, some mats are available)
* Cushion/pillow/bolster for comfort (some bolsters are available)
* Water
* Light blanket, jumper, socks if you feel the cold
