During the sound bath, Matty plays various instruments - including 8 crystal singing bowls, a Heng gong named Sunny, Tingsha cymbals, and more - that produce specific sounds, frequencies, and vibrations with the power to shift brainwaves into a deeply relaxed state. In this state, your nervous system can relax and release, allowing your natural healing abilities to work more effectively.
