Experience all that Atwood Park has to offer during a FREE monthly series of activities that highlight different aspects of the park. Bring the entire family for a few hours of fun in nature!

Sticks, logs, twigs, oh my! Come out to Atwood to learn the basics of shelter building and for a chance to create your own shelter. Put your survival skills to the test to see if your shelter can withstand the elements! All shelter building material will be provided. 

Please meet at the Atwood Center (2685 New Milford School Road) and wear comfortable closed-toe/closed-heel shoes, weather appropriate clothing, and a desire to enjoy the outdoors with us!

In the Outdoors, events are supported by Rock River Disposal. This event is FREE. Pre-registration is highly recommended and appreciated.
