During her tenure, Northern Illinois Hospice has expanded its mission and impact, nearly tripling the number of terminally ill patients served, has increased its service area, established a 501(c)(3) Foundation, achieved Joint Commission accreditation, implemented a complimentary therapy program, embarked upon a successful rebranding initiative, moved into a new headquarters, and added a palliative care service line.Lisa served in leadership roles in a national hospice and palliative care association and currently serves on the board of directors of Northwestern Illinois Area Agency on Aging (NIAAA).
