Flash tattoos are pre sized, pre drawn tattoo designs. Flash tattoos are limited to arms and legs only.
No hands, feet, neck or face allowed at this event.

Gift certificates specials for Black Friday and small business Saturday only! Every $100 you spend we will add $50 to the gift certificate.
Gifts certificates are not good for use until after first of the year.
