Drum Circle - Using rhythm to support emotional release and co-regulation

The drum circle provides a structured, supportive opportunity for expression, connection, and regulation through rhythm. Participants are invited to engage with simple percussion instruments or listen as they feel comfortable. Rhythm can support grounding, emotional release, and a sense of shared experience without the need for words. There is no musical skill required, no expectation to perform, and participation is always optional. This offering emphasizes community, co-regulation, and safe expression.
