Checks will be printed and sent the Wednesday after the race (1099 will need to be completed prior to sending check out)

*No Refund on entry fees once PreDraw is posted, unless it is a Vet Out, at which point 70% of entry fees will be refunded
*Ground fee will not be reimbursed
*Peewee cannot carry times
*When name is called, rider will have 60 seconds to get into the gate and start their run
*The same horse must be run by the same rider both days in order to qualify for the average
*If the horse and rider combo in the Ranch Hand class, run a time equal to or faster than the last paid spot in the 5D, they will need to pay the rest of the open fee to have their time carried over, plus a penalty fee. If they are not willing to pay, then their time will be considered a scratch.
