Meet Up: May 17th at 10:00a.m.. If you do not know where field is, meet up at the Cruel Jacks Gas Station in Rock Springs, Wyoming in the front parking lot closest to main road at 9:30a.m..

This is our extra field we play on. We highly recommend you making the 9:30a.m. meet up at Cruel Jacks Gas Station if you do not know where the field is.

Requirements: Z87 rated safety glasses, a gun that shoots 350fps or under, a good attitude, respect for every other player and host out there, and water.

(You are allowed to use guns up to 600fps, you just need a sidearm or some other weapon on you to engage other players closer than 50 feet to you in every game.)

Rentals are offered with gear and unlimited ammo for $20.00. This will include the whole day. Please contact one of the admins for rentals before game. We have a limited amount of 6 rentals as of now and you might show up with all of them rented out if your rental isn’t confirmed with us first.

Airsoft Field Safety:
Southwest Wyoming Airsoft Teams go on a strike base punishment system. Over 3 strikes within a 3 month period will ban you from any game we have for 5 years. Every player has a roster as soon as they start playing. This roster counts how many games you have made and how many strikes you have. Tread lightly.

Southwest Wyoming Airsoft Teams defines the parking and meet up area as the Safe Zone

Before entering the Safe Zone, remove magazines and clear your gun of any bbs in your airsoft gun barrel. All guns must be unloaded and in the safe position on your firing selector switch while in the Safe Zone. Players commonly remove eye and face protection while in the safe zone, so safety is very important in this zone.

No shooting in the safe zone! All testing of your airsoft replica must be done on field out of the Safe Zone! This is considered 2 strikes!

When entering the field, your safety glasses must be put on before stepping foot on the field. They must stay on the whole time you are in the airsoft gaming field area. Your safety glasses can only be removed in the safe zone.

Despite it being public land, there are some temporary structures placed around for us as players that have been approved by both game and fish and BLM from the State of Wyoming. Vandalism will not be tolerated. Please do not go up after games and ruin our structures. This will lead to an immediate ban of all further Southwest Wyoming Airsoft Team events!

Be Honest, do not steal, and respect peoples belongings. We encourage you to pick stuff up that’s dropped from players during game and return it to the safe area with a host. This is a public place, with non airsofters using it as recreation. We try are hardest to monitor everyone’s gear, but please put your valuables away and lock them up.

Shooting of wildlife and little critters such as lizards will not be tolerated. Respect the wildlife on the field or you will be banned from further events.

Pack up what you brought out! Never litter, always pack your trash and never throw spent co2 carts on the field. 

We share the land we play on. The land is BLM. If we see any recreation while in game “STOP GAME” needs to be yelled by all players. Everyone must stop shooting and take their mags out and clear their barrels at the ground. Game is stopped until Host’s declare game start. This “STOP GAME” will be our code word for real world, and will also be used if you or someone else you see has an injury, if another gamers eye pro safety glasses fall off, or you see physical violence during gameplay.

Watch out for the structures. Nails and other debris might be hanging off of them that creates opened wounds. Be aware of the surroundings around you such as rocks, fallen branches, roots, slippery rocks when raining, etc. Slips, Trips, and Falls are the biggest causes of injury in airsoft. Venomous spiders, snakes, badgers, and other predators are present. You are gaming at your own risk when joining our events and you are the only one that can be responsible for your safety. Please always stay alert and aware.

Fighting amongst gamers and yelling will not be tolerated. This will be considered a strike with both parties involved. All issues with people cheating and not treating you right should be brought to a host immediately. Do not take it into your own hands! Physical violence will NEVER be tolerated! This will lead to a permanent ban and a police report.

All game disputes, problems and suggestions must be brought up to a host in or outside of game! We like gaming too, we will most likely never be on the sidelines just watching. Never feel like you are bothering us. This is our job. Simply yell “ref” or “admin”. We will drop everything, find you, and help you out. Our final decisions are FINAL. Meaning there will be no arguing with the refs, hosts, or admins of the final decisions of the conflict.

Call your hits! If you are shot anywhere on your body, you are considered out! Once you are hit, you must yell “HIT” as loud as you can to alert other enemy players to stop shooting at you. If admin, ref, or any player catches you not calling a hit. That will be a strike.

Stay inside the field boundaries! Going out of boundaries in a game is cheating and will be considered a strike.

Ricochet hits are counted on our fields. This means, if an airsoft bb bounces off of a tree or any other obstacle or surface and hits you. You are out and need to call hit.

Dead men tell no tales! If you are shot, you are not allowed to give any information to your team or the enemy team that will benefit them (ie direction of person that shot you). This is considered a strike.

CQB Engagement: If you personally feel that an enemy is too close for you to shoot them with your 350fps or below gun, and you want to take them out without shooting them or knife K*ll. You may offer them a way to call their hit without shooting them. Simply tell them “bang bang” when close. Keep your sights focused on the enemy when doing this. At our field it is a choice for that enemy to take the hit and the courtesy you gave them, or turn around and try shoot you instead. Be alert when doing this and know that being nice and giving someone an easy way out might end up in you getting shot up close instead!

Pyro’s:
All airsoft related grenades are approved at this time.
All smoke grenades are NOT approved at this time due to red flag warning.
All Airsoft mines and claymores are approved at this time.

Sound grenades will be only used as distractions at this time. To get someone out they must be hit with a bb that was launched by the airsoft grenade being projected. We will not have a blast radius of a grenade at this time.

Knife kills are allowed! Must be approved by admins before entering and using replica knife in game. Knifes cannot be thrown. A knife K*ll must be a swipe, not a stab and done so as harmless and light as possible. Simply touching the enemy in any part of their body with the replica knife makes them out. Trust me, your enemy knows they have been knife killed once that close. Nobody needs to force a fake knife through a vest for an enemy to feel it.

Alcohol and drug use are not permitted during these events! If you need a beer while running a marathon in full gear you have problems and need to seek help. On the other hand, if you’d like to join use for a well-deserved beer after the day, this is allowed in the safe area.

Full Auto is not allowed. Only semi auto is allowed on field. Those that can use full auto are specific replica Squad Automatic Weapons. These weapons consist of but are not limited to MG42, M249, M60, Bar 10, and RPK’s. We also allow SMG’s with a fps of 350 or lower with low cap magazines to run full auto.

Blind fire will not be tolerated. Blind fire is when you are bending your gun around a wall and pulling the trigger without knowing where your bbs go. This is cheating. Shooting through thin gaps through pallets and walls is also considered cheating. Make two fists out of your hands and put them together, if you can’t shove your fists together through the wall hole you are trying to shoot through, you cannot shoot through that hole.

Night Games:
You must have either a tracer unit or a flashlight to enter the night games. If bringing flashlight, your light must be turned on while firing your airsoft gun.

When you are hit, you need a way of showing that you are hit in the dark. A red light or red glow stick must be pulled out and held above your head. We recommend everyone getting red lights, glowsticks, and or red lenses for your current flashlights. However, glow sticks will be provided at game for any player that doesn’t have red lights or glowsticks.

Winter Games:
Dressing as warm as you can is recommended. Wearing anything waterproof is best. Waterproof boots, pants, gloves, and coat are recommended but not enforced. Colder temperatures are to be expected being below freezing and even reaching the negatives. This also increases the wear of your airsoft gun drastically. Operation of your airsoft gun will become harder due to freezing conditions. Many have failed and broke in the winter. Be aware and remember, most green gas guns won’t work and tend to fail in our winter op games. 

We will not cancel any games due to weather conditions! We will only cancel if there is lack of people going out to game. If it’s -30F and I have over 3 gamers confirming their arrival at the game, we will still play in -30F weather. It’s your job to look out for your own safety! Take yourself out of game if you are feeling too cold. Look out for yourself! The environment we play in acts as a simulation. War is fought rain or shine. If nobody makes it due to weather conditions, it will be posted in the group chat and our Facebook page. Keep updated!



Our field rule for engagement is listed below. We chronograph with 0.20 gram bbs only.
350fps or below is 0 foot engagement
351-400fps is 50 foot minimum engagement
401-451fps is 75 foot minimum engagement
451-600 fps is 100 ft engagement 

The hosts and admins of Southwest Wyoming Airsoft Teams are not responsible for any injuries you have out on our games. By showing up, you show that you have read all the rules and are responsible for yourself. Your participation is voluntary, and it is at most importance you look out for your own safety and bring up any safety concerns you have while in our events. You are responsible for your own safety!
