Tami Finley spent her 40-year career as a public librarian in Iowa and Illinois and during that time, she discovered a niche for programming about vintage aprons and The Art of the Apron was launched in June 2019. Finley has amassed a collection of over 300 aprons and related treasures. She shares their art and history at her programs along with anecdotal stories. The versatile apron conjures up many memories and audiences are encouraged to bring an apron and share their own stories.

Doors open at 6:30PM program to start at 7PM, admission is $5 for non-members, members to Friends of Hauberg Civic Center Foundation get in free.
