To celebrate National Social Work Month and the 20th anniversary of the Master of Social Work program at Winthrop, social work alumni are invited to attend the following events: 

*Eagles in Action: Social Workers Leading in Mental Health. Wednesday, March 25, at 4 p.m. in Whitton Auditorium, located in Vivian Moore Carroll Hall. Hosted by the Department of Social Work. Panel discussion featuring social work alumni Jackie Carson ’23, ’24; Bryan Melton ’22, ’23; Sandra Rettis ’18; and Iyonia Simmons ’22.

*MSWA's 2nd Annual Spring Mixer. Wednesday, March 25, at 5 p.m. at The Journeyman Tavern in Rock Hill. Full menu and drinks available for purchase.

*"Good Samaritan Law Narcan Training." Thursday, March 26, at 5 p.m. in Kinard Auditorium. Hosted by the Department of Social Work and York County All On Board.
