Stephen, a Rock Hill native and its former head of Economic Development, previously spoke at the Friends Annual Meeting in 2024. This year, he'll discuss his new book, 'A Different History: African Americans' at the White Homestead, Rock Hill, SC, 1838–1870.

Copies of Stephen's books will be available for purchase. 

The Annual Meeting will be held at the Pope John Center at the Oratory in Rock Hill on Sunday, January 25, at 2:00 p.m. The meeting is open to the public, but advanced registration is recommended.
