This year, we are focusing on Compassion Without Collapse, with a keynote from Radical Candor. Developed by Kim Scott, Radical Candor is a communication framework for specific, sincere praise and kind, clear criticism. Stay with us for the afternoon to engage with the framework and practice your skills, so you can maintain compassion in your work, without collapsing!Along with our keynote speaker, we will also present the YSQC awards, showcase youth talent, and hear remarks from our community partners.
