Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditative journey often called “yogic sleep,” designed to bring the body into deep rest while the mind remains gently aware. These sessions support emotional reset, nervous system healing, and profound relaxation. Yoga Nidra takes place on the third Thursday of each month, at 6:30pm. Registration is required. Bring your cozy items for support. We offer mats, bolsters, and water.
