Meditative - need a menty-h break? Leave stress outside the door! Great for a wind down before bed.
We do a little qigong with breathwork before the yin. (Like tai chi but easier!)
Calm, kind, gentle. I will help you adapt poses as required, using blocks, chairs, the wall etc. No matter your ability I will find something suitable for you.
Fantastic for gently easing and opening tight bodies.
Beginners welcome, no experience needed.
A little breath of fresh air, a little sprinkle of fairy dust.
An hour and a half classes.
First class half price.
Options with packages: for 4 x £10 per class (must be booked within 5 weeks, can book beyond 5 weeks as long as booked within 5 weeks. 8 x £9 per class (must be booked with 10 weeks, can book beyond 10 weeks, as long as booked within 10 weeks.)
Upstairs (no lift sorry!)
