ONLY ONE TABLE IS ALLOWED FOR EACH VENDOR FOR THIS EVENT!!! YOU MAY BRING A LITTLE BIT OF INVENTORY TO FILL YOUR TABLE IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A LOT OF CRAFT SUPPLIES!!!

A $20 NON REFUNDABLE BOOTH FEE MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH THIS APPLICATION.
NO SPACES ARE SAVED FOR ANYONE WHO DOES NOT SUBMIT A PAYMENT.
