Examples will be discussed, and strategies for engagement and development of the intern will be shared.Learning Objectives:Participants will:identify 2-3 supervision approaches.identify their own professional strengths and needs, as well as potential limitations of the practice setting, as it relates to supervision.engage in problem solving by sharing examples of situations when the supervisor and intern need to be flexible.This workshop is designed for current practitioners and supervisors.The workshop will be in person at Nazareth University (Clock Tower 2) AND virtually.
